Frequently asked questions.

Q. I would like to book my photo session early to take advantage of the
great discount, but what happens if its raining or I have a job and
I must work that day?

A. You can reserve your photo session for an exact date and time now or
you can reserve for a specific week and a couple weeks before your
week I will call you to set up a day and time. If you want an outdoor
session and the weather is bad that day I will reschedule your photo
session.

Q. How many outfits can I wear in my pictures?

A. You may wear as many different outfits as you like.
The photo session is based on time not outfits.

Q. Do you take black and white photos?

A. All photographs are taken on a professional Canon
Digital camera. The images can then be converted
to black and white, black and white with selective
coloring, brown tone or sepia tone.

Q. Can you make a DVD of my photo session?

A. Yes I can produce a DVD with music of your photo session.
You must select an Elite portrait session or an Ultimate
portrait session.

Q. Can I bring a friend to my photo session?

A. I encourage you to bring a friend with you. Many times they can help in
selecting your outfits and accessories. I will also photograph both of you
together so you can remember the fun you had on your senior photo
session.

Q. Can I bring my pet?

A. Yes you can always bring your pet, but you must also bring a person to be
responsible for your pet during the photo session.

Q. Can you frame my prints?

A. Yes I will be happy to help you select a matt and frame that will
complement and protect your portrait. All framed portraits are
guaranteed for life.

Q. Do you use a large chain store or super market to print your photos?

A. No. All final prints are made at H & H professional color lab in Missouri.
Yes this will take a little longer to get your prints back, but you are paying
for professional portraits not snap shots.

Q. Will you come to my house to take my pictures?

A. Yes I will be happy to come to your house or go to a special place like a
local or State Park or a family cabin that is with in 15 miles of South
Williamsport at no additional cost. If the place you would like to go is
between 15 and 30 mile from South Williamsport a 25.00 fee is charged.
After 30 miles a $ .50 per mile will be charged.

Q. If we go to a park will I have to change in a car?

A. I always bring a pop up changing tent for you to change clothes in.

Q. Can I have my name or more than one image on my wallets?

A. Yes you can have your name, school name or graduation year on your
wallets. I can also put up to four of your images on your wallets at no
additional cost to you.

Q. When I order my portrait package do I have to use the same pose for all
the different print sizes?

A. No you can use as many different poses as you like at no additional cost.
When ordering wallets they must be ordered in groups of eight from the
same pose.

Q. How much does it cost to have my portraits retouched?

A. All retouching is done free of charge.

Q. Can I scan my pictures for use on my Face book or My-space site?

A. No, But I will make jpegs available to you at very reasonable prices.
